Tour De Los Padres is a rugged and challenging bikepacking route that is about 430 miles that traverses through some of the most scenic areas of the Los Padres National forest. Elevations along the route range from sea level to about 7,000 feet. Total elevation gained/ lost is about 40,000 feet of climbing and 40,000 feet of descent. This expedition is a true test of physical endurance, but most importantly mental toughness. You will ride oceanside bluffs, forested singletrack, desert scrub, high elevation plains, and travel through some of the most remote backcountry California has to offer.
